Wow I broke down with my husband and 3 autistic kids on a busy hwy. this man and company went above and beyond to help us. Uber won’t pick up in those road circumstances. Driver fit everyone in the tow truck safely. Then he interacted with my kids in ways that others don’t have the patience. My youngest in non speaking and severe transition issues. He interacted with him and let him touch the controls. He did this with each of my kids. Wow they are amazing. This was a tow for insurance road side through car insurance.
Frank was awesome. Didn’t wait long, super professional, knowledgeable and even waited until my uber picked me up so I wasn’t left waiting alone at night. It’s never fun having to deal with car trouble, but Frank helped make it goes as smoothly as possible.
This was my first time using a towing service and it was a good experience. The driver was a little late due to previous customer's car but he kept me updated and got to me asap. Driver was Omar Gonzalez. Friendly, thorough in taking pictures and making sure car was secure. He even offered a charging cord to charge my phone during the short drive. I would recommend this driver and this company for towing services.

I had the unfortunate event of having a tire fall off my car as I was driving. I called for a tow and my roadside help was allocated to AATR. After waiting my tow truck driver came along, his name was Oscar. Oscar was sympathetic of the situation and immediately went to work doing everything he could to get my car in a condition to be able to be pulled up the flat bed (I was missing a wheel ). After taking care of that he took my car to the next location and gave me a ride. Many thanks to you Oscar for making my day a little bit better!
My wife was in a car accident this evening and was hit by someone. Our Insurance company called for a tow truck. Eddie the tow truck operator with AATR towing was very professional, and had great communication as he would tell me when he was 20 minutes out and 10 minutes out. He loaded my vehicle safely onto the tow truck and delivered my vehicle to my home with professionalism and efficiency. Thank you, Eddie!!
